Beacon Hill Colony is a waterfront cooperative
corporation, incorporated as the Beacon Hill
Bungalow Corporation. There are 41 homes that
comprise the colony, and each homeowner owns
his or her home under a proprietary lease and one
share of stock in the corporation. The corporation
is managed by a seven member board of directors
elected by the shareholders.
